Default PIXEL ASPECT RATIO for stills from HDV video

We are shooting a movie on HDV video, editing it in Premiere Pro 2.0, and need to print "production stills" pictures from frames of the video. The problem is, they print as "squished" instead of anamorphic wide screen 16x9, which is how the video is shot. (We have Adobe Production Suite Pro 2)

We export the frame as a .bmp in Premiere Pro 2.0, then open it in Photoshop CS2. We can view it on the computer just fine by using IMAGE | PIXEL ASPECT RATIO | HDV ANAMORPHIC. But, of course, the "Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction is for Preview Purposes Only".

How do we "permanently" correct the Pixel Aspect Ratio so we can print the images in their 16x9 anamorphic ratio?

We also need to de-interlace the pictures.

Any guidance would be appreciated. I've tried to find answers to this in Adobe HELP but can't identify anything that will answer this problem.

I don't know about Premier Pro, but there should be a way to auto correct the aspect ration when exporting the frame. If not, you could always take a screen shot from PS, with pixel aspect ration turned on. Unless, you shot the footage in 1080i - you'd have to have a pretty large monitor. As for de-interlace, you can use the de-interlace filter in PS filter > video > de-interlace or you could use a de-interlace filter in Premier (if there is one).
I'm sorry I don't know of a way to permanantly correct pixel aspect ratio in PS, but maybe there is an action out there that will atomaticly do that. You could try Adobe's web site. Hope that helps.
