Yes. It is most definately worth the money. When I need to desing a logo its like a miracle of inspiration. The time you save thinking up ideas for logos makes up for the cost alone. As they say: time is money.
And btw, I haven't looked through it yet because I forgot I lent it to a client. [innocent]
Thats another great thing about having that book - you can lend it to a client and let them pick out a design they like. Than all you have to do is shop it out.

I was actually thinking of cartoonish type of characters because like you said the actors change so much
I would have a go but I am under the SEO load for a client which I take seriously and put in heaps of work for them
