Default Operation Photo Rescue

"OPR" has been set up to help people recover damaged photographs from the effects of Hurricane Katrina. If you check out the Operation Photo Rescue Blog that will give you all the information you need. I found the details of how to offer help on Week 5. They ask for various levels of competence in photo restoration and ask you to repair some sample photos so they can assess what level of damaged photos you may be able to fix.

Seems like an honorable committment, and if anyone affected wants to use this site as a source for some resurrection of some valuable photos, I, among many others, would be willing to get some of your best memories back in shape.
