Now you are in IR you should have the Animation Window open and it should look like this

Can you see at the bottom of the pallett towardthe middle is a highlighted icon? click that to make another copy of the frame. Now go to the layers pallett in IR and make visible the top layer by clicking the eye icon again in the pallett window. Your Animation Pallett should now look like this

Next thing to do is the timing of the frames. This is important to get right for the effect to look OK. In the Animation Pallett can you see where the tiny arrow is denoting how many seconds or fractions of a second the frame will be on view.

These are the settings I used. Set the play to forever and test. Go to File>Preview In> then choose the browser you want to use, or you can just click on the Icon in the toolbar (I use FireFox)
You should now be seeing this

If this looks OK just right click on it and Save As.

If you want to tweak further and lets face it we all do

close the browser and play with the time settings.
