Hello.

I'm wondering if there is a better way to create those decoration swirls seen in the frame of this image. Is it a matter of using the pen tool, duplicationg swirls and adding etc.? i've seen some symbols in illustartorCS...

Any advice or direction is great thanks a lot.

you can google for 'frames and borders' they would usually be found as clip-art. PS also has some 3rd party plug-ins that will help you create your own. Also, if you have Microsoft Office, take a look in Publisher and your Media disk. Anyway, they're all over the place. I found one at Adobe Studio Exchange. It could be modified to meet your requirements.
