Can No Longer Use Toolbox Tools In Photoshop Post #1 | | Guest |  Can No Longer Use Toolbox Tools In Photoshop
Someone helped me with this problem a few months ago. The info they gave me worked - for awhile & I book-marked the page in case I had the problem again. Now when I click on the bookmark the page is gone. The problem is that I can't get any of the tools in Photoshop Toolbox to work. Tools like Clone Stamp Tool, Healing Tool, Burn Tool, Dodge Tool, Sponge Tool, etc. The person that replied to this problem before advised me to open My Computer>Program Files>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop & then delete a certain file. It worked great but now I can't remember which file to delete. Can anyone help? | |

The preferences files.
Hold CTRL+ALT+Shift while Photoshop starts. You'll get a prompt asking if you want to delete the preferences. With "Photoshop preferences" you'll find alot of hits in Google
