Hey Group...I am drawing a blank here so I thoguht I would ask for your input, suggestion, ideas etc:

A friend of mine is putting on a fundrasier. It will be a fetish-wear fashion show and she wants to advertise it like "Carnival Freak Show"...bearded lady etc. She doesn;t want cartoony stuff either.

But I have no real idea of what to do for it.

Any and all ideas etc will be greatly appreciated.

Hi... \:/If I had this I would study vintage carnival posters for some off the wall type advertising.......or give it a grunge, tech feel w images(of fetish wear) Thats just a start to get ideas going good luck,missy

That's an intersting concept. I like it. But have not had much success in finding vintage carnival posters. I have seen a few in my google searches for "carnival", "freak show", "bearded lady" etc.

I do like your suggestion of a grunge fell but not quite sure what you meant with the tech feel. I would love to use the poster of Tod Brownings' Freaks on a cement wall, tattered and otrn with a woman in PVC wear.
