I like the look of the first one..(On the left)..I'd soften the edges on the hands a bit...
I like the use (or lack there of) light...

I actually like #2 the best. The light adds more drama. Drama is good. The first seems too flat to me. The third is too static. Just my opinion...

I like B the best. The greater contrast is more dramatic to my eye too, as Moth points out. If I had the hands/mice on a separate layer, I'd consider trying to knock down the highlights on the hands, particularly the third from the left (Shadow/Highlight adjustment) while keeping the lighting on the background. For the way my eye 'reads' those images the first two make better visual sense as they read top to bottom and convey the complete message in one visual vertical scan.
