color :cry: please is anyway to make an old in picture color, like 60s or 50s picture.

Sure. Create a new layer. Set the blend mode to Color and paint in what you need colored. You may wish to read the photoshop manual for more information. If you have ... misplaced ... your manual, look through the help files.

Some users recommend to use soft or hard light for the layer, and color for the brush... Blending mode mixes are very powerful
