oh jesus, we've already worked out that it was nothing more than sensationalist choice of words... in fact from what I can tell it's the irish users who keep bringing the word back into discussion when everyone else is completely aware that the whole thing is about religious discrimination

You must know areas of England that the young people in it have no chance, like Moss Side or Liverpool, that have a very high crime rate, low life expectancy, etc.

We have the same, don't ask me how it developed, but it ended up that about the only hobby as such for teenagers that didn't involve drugs, crime, etc. was to get involved looking after horses.
