plus/minus stat is the difference between the number of goals his team score while he is on the ice when they are either even strength or shorthanded, minus the number of goals they concede while he is on the ice when the team are even strength or on the powerplay.

So if my team won 3-2, all the goals were even strength and I was on the ice for all 5 goals I would be +1 for that game.

Any chance of my +/- rating before I went to the A?

That's all for today. Tomorrow I'll try get through the first half of next season, so far only Ville, PHL and Maple haven't been signed. (Maple has but doesn't move until the end of next season, should sweep the awards though )
