You only iron the outside of a shirt if thats what you mean.

Otherwise, yes iron the left and right hand sides otherwise youll look a twat.

Iron sleeves, cuffs and collar first and then the back and finish with the front.

Use a damp shirt and or the spray/ steam function on the iron.

Or if all else fails, I refer you to the 80p a shirt option at the top.....

You should iron the inside to prevent getting a shine on the front (same as trousers).

Not sure if those iron covers make any difference though.

If you get a shine then the iron is too hot.
