Sometimes I seem to have these weird spells where I kind of ignore everything around me. I don't really know how to explain it, but basically I kind of stop focusing on things, stand completely still, and don't respond to people talking to me - saying my name and stuff.
(Obviously I only know this from people telling me).
It only lasts for a few seconds (like 3-5 or something like that) and if someone pokes me or shakes me then I "come round".
Also it only happens when a) I'm tired, and b) I'm not concentrating on anything.
So if I'm driving or having a conversation or at work it's completely normal, but say there's a group of 4 or 5 of us, and 2 of my mates are chatting I might sort of "drift off" and then they're both sort of staring at me and going "You OK?" and stuff like that.
Also I don't remember stuff that happens while I'm like it - I don't remember what people have said in that time etc.
So, is this something serious I should get checked out, or is it nothing to worry about?

no idea, have a go at mine, I've got a kind of tickling sensation on my left knee that keeps appearing for about 2 seconds at a time, but stops of I scratch it, doesn't hurt or anything, but feels weird, at first I thought it was a hair tickling me or something, but I'm pretty sure it's not now. Kind of feels like there's a small spider crawling under my skin.
But yeah I don't think I'm going to go to the doctors.
