you're having Absences, go the docs if you like but tbh they'll be no use just have to hope you don't have one at an important moment like while driving

What I was just about to suggest. One of the lad's I work with has a form of epilepsy which he calls 'silent fits'. Basically he just switches off for a minute or two. Thankfully these fits seem to be rare.,

Sound like a form of epilepsy don't know the name in english atm. but silent fits is close to what it's called in portuguese.

Easy way to test them but you need to have a friend to watch.

While having him watch hyperventilate (breath in and out quickly)...it triggers the sort of epilepsy i'm thinking about.

Also if you feel a little "slow" after these "time outs" it will fall into the diagnosis.

But yes see a doctor about it lol.
