I have to get one for work, but struggling to find out how to obtain the qualification.

It seems to get it, you have to do a home study course, rather than at a college. Is this correct?

Anyone who has the qualification able to help?

Some colleges will run it iirc.

MCSE is generally a self-study course, although you can get companies to train you in it.

When getting MCSE training through your job, most of it will be self-study.

Buy your own books from any decent bookshops, study them and then book yourself for the exam. Costs <£100 per exam. Can't remember how much it costs.

Microsoft website is best to find out what exams you need.

Win 2k MCSE never bothered upgrading to 2003 - though after a while as you never ending up using half the stuff you study for it just gets forgotten.
New versions cannot upgrade from earlier accreditation iirc.

I did all self study though work paid for exams as long as I passed. which i did, which was nice.
