apparently, i am missing a DECO_32.dll file...

i have found one on the net, downloaded it, and i tried putting it in the program folder, but now i get another error message about some weird library or something.

so where do i put this damned dll file???

running PS CS on XP. i had to wipe my C drive and reinstall everything from OS to PS.

please help. maybe someone could be nice enough to do a search for the file on their computer and let me know what the path is so i can put my dll file where it's supposed to be.

Hmmmm......I searched my whole computer (system hidden files too) for DECO_32.dll and found zilch. I have CS2 so maybe the file is only in CS? \:]

PROBLEM SOLVED.

for those who have the same problem -- you can download a deco_32.dll file online. just google it. then copy it to C Drive > WINDOWS > system32.

good thing i had backed up my old C drive in its entirety. i just traced it from there.

sheesh. technology will be the death of us.
