Don't really get the question. It's a fast food place that has a whole bunch of options, so surely how healthy it is is based on what you ask for? It's like asking how healthy curry is?

i had some mystery meat yesterday, althogh had some salad with it to balance it out, so im all good.

I'm waiting for LFC Fan to come in and start talking about Glutens and how eating Subway could give you Alopecia.
