Reformed meat is bits of meat chopped up, added water and pressed into looking like a cut of meat.
Vile stuff if you ask me, full of additives.

You buy the 6" and then pay the normal extend to a footlong price. So you got ripped off about 50p.

Reformed meat is all the **** parts reformed into a something resembling meat iirc.

Subway's are fb.

Meatball ftw. If there are no meatballs which seems to happen more often than not then cheese steak all the way.

Nvm, googled it

Quote:
Reformed meat : A product having the appearance of a cut, slice or joint of meat, formed by tumbling chopped meat; also finely comminuted meat and other ingredients may be added to bind the pieces together in a pre-ordained shape. The process must be indicated in the name of the food, unless the fact is obvious (eg burgers).

You need a varied diet, some of those salt equivalent levels are shocking.

Reformed meat is parts of meat that cant be sliced, they get diced and then compacted back into "slices". Not very good.

If you cared that much about your health so as to ask then youd be seeking alternatives.

It's fast food, what do you expected. Granted, it's better for you than a Big Mac Meal. But it's all processed meat/cheese with some limp crappy salad. Bleurgh.
