Most of the meat has a "glaze" on it. Not always intentional.

I dont see how people dont make their own, or go to a decent deli for a sandwich.
Local baker does filled rolls here, tuna salad for £1.15 and its huge.

Remember all are for 6 inch and not the footlong though.

Was actually pretty surprised at some of the fat content myself

as for fat content you've got to pay attention to if it's good or bad fat.for example the tuna one has 20 g of fat but only 9 is saturated.
