how healthy are subways food?

i have a grose story about subway. Both of my two flat mates work at subway part time, and a guy that works with them always has a **** before he goes to work and doesn't wash his hands. he always preps the meat before he puts his gloves on. lovely.

yeah but if you extend to a foot long then it's not a 6 incher. so they're going to charge me for a foot long and not the sub of the day + 1.80. which only applies to a 6 inch sub.

if you buy a foot long you always extending the 6inch aren't you?
unless your saying there are different prices for the extention and just saying you want a foot long.

a foot long is about as healthy as jumping off a cliff. i poish one off after every night out in reading when ****ed. i tried to eat one sober on saturday and it was a genuine struggle!

you can't really say 'it's got double the amount of calories than a lucazade.

i mean one bowl of porridge for me is just under 3 times the calories of a ham '6 grams of fat' sub.
so does that mean porridge is bad for me
