i went to a festival last month and took a video of wolfgang flur (formally of kraftwerk) and put it on youtube.

i think nhe is spoofing, what do you think? also he spectifies a dat, august 6th (which has passed) and says it is in ireland north, when the festival was in the south. there are other vids of wolfgang flur that have not been taken from this guy. kinda ****ed off at this, im thinking of replying "do one, son".

Also, if he really did have a lawyer on the case then the lawyer would have written to you directly. Absolute nonsense this 'you need to do this because my lawyer said so.

See if there is any information from the festival (on the tickets etc) that specifically states that you may not film the event.

If there's nothing that says that, explain that you never entered into an agreement that you would not film said artist, and therefore he can go fcuk himself.

The guy is probably just trying to get more views on his video. Sounds like a load of rubbish, basically if it was so terrible you had your video on they would of contacted youtube and youtube would of just removed it.
