but suppose the pressure of cooking food for 70+ people a night is bound to put you under a bit of pressure

Because everything has to be perfect. Cooking 70 dishes all looking and tasting the same is not simple. Plus there are only limited ingredients so they can't afford to make mistakes.

Not to mention cuntiness makes for good tv, hence they're not going to stick the nice chefs on the telly.

whs, plus, we arnt all wankers, just the good ones, or so ir seems, most Head Chefs are twats though, part of the job description iirc.
