he said the food was freezing cold and bland, apparently thats how the dish is meant to be, but instead he insisted on sending it up, once the chef heard what he said, he wanted the apology, but then he came up with that smug head on him and basically made a **** of himself, he was a right idiot though, cant stand folk like that.

I find the customer service pretty good wherever i've been, including the UK and America. Possibly because I don't act up like a c**t as a customer.
