They do seem to be going out their way to exclude England. If England were in they could play it like the 5 Nations used to be so each team gets 2 home and 2 away. (like the UEFA Cup groups)

So basically this is the return of the home nations but done in a way so england cant play. Scotland desperate for tournament they can progress in

| No, it's a tournament designed to get more revenue by having games that the fans are more likely to be interested in. As my previous post points out, England aren't interested in it, so why should they be included?
