I've got the N95 (battery life is ****, went to the CS, charged night before, battery had died by 8pm the next day) rang O2 cancellations (08000288151) and explained that I use 0870 numbers often and that I'd stay if I could change the N95 for a better phone, he put me on hold, came back and said he'd spoken to his manager, I could send the phone back, once logged on their computer I could then swap. I said I wanted the K810i he said I should wait until 1st October when the brand new K850i comes out and could probably get it for free!!!! So sending N95 back and using a K800i for now.
Oh and I've only been in my new 12 month contract for a month too
So fill your boots lads!
