Just got out of hospital with dengue fever
Had last week off work ill. Went to the GP on Monday and was taken straight into hospital. Must have picked it up on my recent Swaziland holiday. I wouldn't recommend the dengue, though Swazi still is ffffb.
Am still very, very sweaty, and signed off work for another fortnight. Not pleasant.

It's like a mild to moderate version of malaria, which was what they originally thought I had. Very hot and cold; bad headaches, achey joints, feel very weak.

You get it from Mosquitos, like Malaria, I think/.
