Today I had a freshly baked cheese borek from the local Turkish bakery.
Usually I'd have toast during the week, possibly a fried breakfast of sorts at the weekend.
In some ways I think breakfast is my favourite meal. Nothing quite like destroying a hangover with a fry-up.

| Money? Toast isn't that expensive, surely
Isn't really bad for you to skip it? I heard that when you wake your body is on a nutritional deficit, and you need food immediately to be able to function efficiently.

would be famished if i didn't eat breakfast. either cereal or toast/weetabix during the week, something like beans on toast on a saturday, then generally (as today) fried breakfast on a sunday.

Usually have 2 eggs on toast, or a bacon sandwich and 1 egg on toast, and a cup of tea. If i'm in a hurry it's just a bran muffin and banana.
