Porridge for me, although I need to start eating more.
Gonna add some toast and fruit to my plan. Kenny, how much seeds and crap do you put in it?

The only time she doesnt make breakfast is when we are not working. otherwise even if we have a 5am start she will get up early. Otherwise we would struggle to get through work to lunch time
| Delicious and healthy enough.

Branflakes or tea and toast for me first thing, but thats only because I am up at like 6am weekdays for work and don't eat again till 12.30. If I missed breakfast I would be chewing the table leg off by mid morning
On weekends I won't have anything till around 11am, which will most likely be a cooked meal.

I get up at 5am most days and don`t eat till around 10/11am, which is usually just a chicken salad baggette. That does me until 6/7pm when i have an evening meal.
Outside of those two meals i eat nothing, don`t snack and eat homemade good meals. I am still 14st Although I do a phuysical job, so carry a lot of muscle.

Switched to a caribbean style of eating now (after our trip to the inlaws in Jamaica the past few weeks).
Breakfast is jonny cakes (basically a doughball fried), ackee and saltfish, yam and green banana.
Mmmmm.. caribbean food is fffb

I never have anything until I've been up for at least a couple of hours, I just don't see the attraction of forcing something down your throat when you're still waking up.

never eat breakfast. saves you money and lunch tastes better when you're really hungry.
