my missus made brilliant breakfast most morning. there will be miso soup, rice or noodles, some fish (or fried eggs and frankfurters), spinish, and fruits.
The only time she doesnt make breakfast is when we are not working. otherwise even if we have a 5am start she will get up early. Otherwise we would struggle to get through work to lunch time

When I was a student / unemployed I used to love breakfast and would really look forward to it. Would always take my time and make something really nice.
But having to leave the house in a rush every morning takes all the fun out of breakfast, so I just eat when I get to work. Weekends are different of course, and I still look forward to a fairly large breakfast - usually just light stuff like cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurt.

if it wasn't for the fact that i would have to wake up earlier to eat breakfast (some 10-15min i reckon), i would have any breakfast that was offered to me.

I'f I'm on an early shift, I'll not eat from getting up at 5:45am til I get home at 3:00 pm.
And I work as an HCA at my local hospital which is hard work. All my colleagues can't figure out why I never collapse but I've just never been a breakfast person.
Will occasionally snatch a crafty sandwich from the ward fridge if none of the sisters are about though but more often than not I won't eat til I get home.

If I don't have breakfast, I just don't function - If I hang onto lunch time before I eat, I just stay pretty much in the same state as I was when I first woke up :thdn:

I seriously need to have breakfast, usually have a really big bowl of cereal to keep me going till lunch. I always feel really sick if I don't eat anything as well.
And muesli is fffffb
