i dont binge eat (i tend to eat once a day, and at that not very much, largest meal in last two weeks was an 'entire' 10inch pizza) but unfortunatly i've still put on loads of weight since moving to the uk two years ago

dont eat chocolate, or junk, either.
normally i wake at around 1-2pm, start work at 3pm, eat at 5.30, end work at 12-1am, go to bed around 3-4am. then repeat. in that time i consume no food apart from half a plate +/- of food at 5.30. but i do drink 2-2.5 liters of coke, and 3 liters of water
