Porridge, sunflower, pumkin, sesame seeds, and some fruit first thing is the way to go. That or a load of eggs and some carbs.

I picture that kind of diet either making you completely matchstick-like or you just binge eat afterwards and end up fat with no muscle..

i dont binge eat (i tend to eat once a day, and at that not very much, largest meal in last two weeks was an 'entire' 10inch pizza) but unfortunatly i've still put on loads of weight since moving to the uk two years ago

Today I was up at 6am for work. 40 minute walk into work & went for my morning break at 10:30. Wasn't really hungry but forced myself to eat a bacon sandwich.

Was fine then until half one when I went for my dinner.

I am perfectly healthy too.

Mate at work goes to the gym a fair bit & is pretty big. Every morning when he is in work he has 5 eggs & two pieces of wholemeal bread. I feel ill just watching him eat that much so early in the morning.

Once a day? That's not healthy for you at all. You must eat a hell of alot in that meal to put on weight.

I'd have a huge steak and egg breakfast with biscuits and gravy every morning if time permitted. I've just never understood how eating in the morning could make you feel sick.

That sounds awfully complicated to put together so early. I drink 500-750ml of coffee and have some leftovers from dinner the night before. Anything more involved than that isn't worth the effort at 6am.

Cereal, Fruit (nectarine, raspberries, strawberries blueberries banana, kiwi, whatever else is around), Pink Grapefruit juice & a gallon of strong brown tea.

Follow this with a nice satisfying poo and I'm ready to face the day

I have mine at 6am too. Pop the oats in the mic for 3 mins, put on my shoes for work, take out oats, put in seeds+honey, eat, go.

Awfully complicated? Please.
