Frosties

Or toast or bagel etc. at weekends.

Maybe fry-up on a Sunday if I'm lucky.

I cannot eat anything within about 5 hours of waking up, just makes me feel ill. Will try to have something remotely healthy though when I have my first meal of the day.

I don't eat early in the morning, but usually find I'm hungry by around 10am, so just eat at my desk - usually just a bagel or some toast. Can't imagine eating a big breakfast everyday.

Always need coffee in the mornings when I get to work though.

I can't believe some of you guys not only manage to miss out meals, but manage to do it spectacularly... no food until 5 hours after you've woken up?!

I picture that kind of diet either making you completely matchstick-like or you just binge eat afterwards and end up fat with no muscle..
