Default Spin-offs

I must say, I watched a repeat of That Mitchell and Webb Look the other day, and watched a few clips on Youtube. I was expecting it to be at least a bit good, considering the absolute fbbbbbness of Peep Show. But after a 30-minute show and about 6 clips, I only laughed twice. The rest was just dire.

The question I am popping is, which other spin-offs have been gash compared to the original?

Okay, so it ain't really a "spin-off" as such, but it stemmed from Peep Show and wouldn't have been on if Peep Show hadn't been so fb.

This was good.

...and we all thought you were a DICK

And this is passable at best

All else... dire.

yeah basically everything I've seen from them two outside Peep Show has been average at best.

Surely the real question is which spin-offs have been successes?

The only that comes to mind immediately is Frasier.

Going Straight was a semi-successful spin-off of Porridge.

Good call.
Porridge > ANYTHING else on UKGold (with the possible exception of Only Fools)

Joey predictably flopped, onbly Frasier was a success I can think of, or the biggest one anyway.

Angel from Buffy maybe.

Happy Days too maybe, I think that might've been a spin-off.

Even worse than Mitchell and Webb Look in terms of going from good to bad. SO cringeworthy.
