i'm sorry to say you've missed out then. mafia is the only game that i regularly replay.
all though some of the freeplay missions when you've completed the main storyline are very dificult.

i completed the race first time

i also found the final fight easy but the game was still good.
for the final fight i hid behind one of the pillars while the other guy hit behind the pillar opposite me.
i edged out ever so slightly so that i could shoot at his leg that was poking round the corner of his piller.
and then fire in short bursts so that he doesn't have time to run off.

Donners

The original was terrific. Probably the only game to really draw me into its storyline since Deus Ex. It'd be interesting to see what sort of links the storyline of the sequel has to the original.
