really well apparently.

I'd say our seamers are like this:

Flintoff
Jones
Hoggard
Harmison

now Jones is obv not ready so 4th place should go to Anderson for now. We can't really just play 3 seamers as Harmison isn't really reliable, Freddie has injury problems, and Hoggard is rarely going to rip through a team.

If Harmison isn't bowling well, or we get another injury then next in line should be Broad, then Plunkett (probably more for his batting than his bowling), then Mahmood and Tremlett, but hopefully it'll never get that bad.

tbh I'd probably go for a proper allrounder like Chapple ahead of Mahmood, he shouldn't have to do much bowling, but unlike Bopara or Collingwood if he had to he could. Plus it would be easier to drop him when we've got our other players back. But as I say he's too far down the list anyway.

Graveney saying that there is a change in policy regarding the 'fast' bowlers and their activity outside of the international arena, by letting them bowl more for their counties. So Anderson will play for Lancashire on Tuesday, then be in London on Wednesday night just incase there is a McGrath moment, if not he'll be allowed back into the Lancashire fixture.

We need to get Flintoff batting at 7, I think.

Plunkett was the only choice with Broad injured since he's the only one of the options that is bowling well just now.
