Would not necessarily play Panesar, he was hardly used last year against Sri Lanka at Lord's and unless your initials are SW or PT you struggle to turn the ball at Lord's.

If both KP and Banger are missing, I would play an extra batsman, and use Flintoff mainly as a bowler along with Hoggy, Wide Geordie, and AN Other, with Bop and Colly providing additional options.
