Well as people have guessed what i am on about ill let you know the full story.
I will stress that i cannot be certian that this is an exclusive with the news of the world so ill kept my opinions to myself until i hear for certain.
Yes i am on about the boycott of the Sun in merseyside.
This week we seemed to have lost some ground.
First of all the Liverpool corrispondant in the Liverpool Echo Chris Bascombe has made a decision to resign from his post at the Echo as he has been offered more £££ from the news of the world
2nd off all it seems that in todays NOTW Jamie Caragher has given them an exclusive interview ala Gerrard and Owen Who i lost alot of respct for (again i stress that i dont know if Carra has spoken to them himself or he has been badly advised).
Anyway i have been on a certain Liverpool forum since i finnished work and peoples opinions are split which to me is shocking ive always regarded the NOTW as the sunday sun and would never read it, however there are other liverpool fans that think differently

The NoTW and the Sun are "sister" papers.
Which essentially means - (mostly) the same staff work for both companies although legally they are different entities.

Owen has has a column in the News of the World for a while now hasn't he? I am not 100% but pretty certain that Liverpool advertised the News of the World in their match day programme.
Liverpool fans wanted Souness out because not only did he sell his story to the sun but he sold it on the 10th aniversary of the disaster.

I think this link highlights exactly how accurate the reporting of The Sun is. Scholes to Sunderland for £2m.
Brilliant. Steve Brenner, well done on that article.
