The Brussels' Court of Appeal ruled in favor of two Belgian composers, declaring the song "You are not alone" a plagiarism of a tune composed by the brothers.

On the right of the picture int he above link, under the title "geluid" you can listen to both the original version and Jackson's song.

I have to admit Michael's song sounds somewhat better to say the least, but after listening ot the original, it becomes pretty clear it's stolen.

Hooray for Belgium I'd say, this may be the only tune composed by people of our small nation, that is know throughout the world.

It would apparently be difficult to get any money from international sales, since it was ruled by a Belgian court.

They would get some of the revenues of the sales in Belgium.
