Default September 11th - Infamous Date in History
Today is the 710th Anniversary of The Battle of Stirling Bridge, where a force of Scots under Andrew Moray (and his assistant William Wallace) defeated an army of English under John de Warrenne. The Scots waited for the English to cross the bridge and then set upon them before they could form up.

Apparently de Warrenne was heard to say "Ahhh I see what you did there!".
