Hospital treatment of anorexics is terrible here. It's all about eating terrible meals every few hours and doing feck all in between. Absolutely no effort in trying to stop the behaviour that led to becoming anorexic in the first place. I was one of six patients at one time, and everyone I spoke to was simply focused on gaining enough weight to get out - not about actually trying to improve their mental state. No wonder so many of them wind up coming back.
