I was just wondering if anyone else suffered from air sickness, and if you'd found anything that stops it. I've been researching it online but I've no idea which stuff is likely to work best. Half the time, the side effects of the drugs look worse than the symptoms I'm trying to stop!

I'm so tired of spewing into air bags, there must be an easier way...

Thanks for that, it has worked for me to, but I'm going to Valencia on Saturday, and I'm not driving now I've booked the flights!

Listening to music with a strong and continuous beat is supposed to help.

Sleeping is always a good way to avoid it.

I used to get pretty bad with it.

Simple thing to say really, expect you've already tried it but travel sickness tablets really help me.

i used to suffer from air sickness real bad. being sick 13 14 times in one 12 hour flight.

nothign worked until i too some anti sickness tablets for people on chemotherapy.

i forget what it's called now but when i get home i'll tell you.
8mg lasts 10 hours
