we did yeah, conceded two atrocious goals (one where Blanc let the ball go over his head without realising someone was nipping in behind, Nemeth maybe, and the other from a rubbish Barthez kick)[/QUOTE]
Was one of them Andrew Campbell? Droylsden played Halifax the other week and I saw Andrew Campbell in the line up for Halifax and remember him getting the winner against yous in some match, I was thinking god what happened to your career

Then he scored a hat trick

yeah, pretty sure scored the second goal (Barthez shanked a kick which left a Boro player free on the right to plant the ball on Campbell's head in acres of space, woeful), although he might have got the first.

Leicester!!!

- inflicted our record defeat (0-10)

- beat us in the 1949 cup semis as a 2nd division side to stop us doing the double

- knocked us out of the playoffs in 93 with an offside goal after we had missed out on automatic promotion on goal difference

- beat us in our promotion season on a waterlogged pitch, and twice in our first premiership one (the 2nd coming when they were already down)

RvP always scores against Rovers. We also tend to underperform against the bottom three, whoever they are, while to compensate for that winning some games we really shouldn't.
