Perfect time to give Bentley a run out surely, why Neville (not that I have anything against him)?
Because Bentley is a wide midfielder and "Stevie G laaaaaa" is in the centre? </BLOCKQUOTE>

Thought Bentley had played a fair few times in the centre? </BLOCKQUOTE>

He could play in the centre no problem as that was his original position. </BLOCKQUOTE>

His original position was as a striker. </BLOCKQUOTE>

second sriker just behind so he could play central. </BLOCKQUOTE>

What? Central midfield (not even attacking) is a totally different position to second striker ffs. </BLOCKQUOTE>

if you saw how he played at arsenal you would think differently, he was never going to be a striker always a midfielder

For pulling out of the U21 squad due to "fatigue".

I hate Bentley but not because he left the U21's just because he is a twat.

So we learnt that we play much better without Lampard and Gerrard in the same midfield. Next game Lampard will be straight in for Barry :/
