Some of you have gone to these TV recordings right? So I've got tickets for next Tues and supposedly you have to get there early to ensure you don't miss out, since they overbook. The email says says Should I be aiming to get there earlier than 6?

The queuing is just getting ridiculous now. Get there for as early as you think is reasonable and are willing to wait for, and see what happens - expect to be dissapointed. However, if you're turned away, you should have your name taken down for a future recording of your choosing, and get priority tickets (i.e. if you turn up by a certain time, about 18.15 I think, you are guaranteed entry).

Having been to a few of these recordings over the years.
I would recommend that the earlier you can get there the better.
4 is not too an outlandish time to start queuing tbh.
They also may give yo a special slip that'll allow you to bugger off and come back a little later.

Problem is that I'm coming directly from school so the earliest possible I could get there (really rushing) would be around 17:30 or so.

Emailed them to see if I can rearrange for the recording next week which is on a Wednesday (when I have the afternoon off :thup. Hopefully they can change it. If not we'll just have to rush and hope we get in
