It's promised nothing on the pitch though, which might be why the fans haven't exactly been excited by it.
| Could be similar to the one Notts Couty inveiled "Vision 2012". Doesn't say anything except £5 Million is need and there will be an on and off pitch improvements.

Luton have a 5 year plan to be in a new Stadium and in the Premiership by the 2011/2012 season. Sadly it will never happen.

Well, Chelsea's vision of 2014 sounded like a bloody good PR stunt.
Seriously, you can make off-the-pitch plans, but on it, it's no good to make 5 year plans. To set 5 year targets is a different kettle of fish.

Paul Scally put a five year plan in place at Gillingham in the late 90's, which was supposed to end in 2005 with GFC in the Premiership and in a 20k+ all-seater stadium. Where are we now? About to be relegated from league 1 with nigh on 15 million worth of debt.
They don't work, at least not with a monkey in charge.

well what did you expect from a fella called 'scally'?
anyway, 5 year plans are a pile of used arsecheeks, simply because gerard houllier kept going on about having one at liverpool.
