| Not really...if you take into account that McLaren now know probably everything to do with the 07 Ferrari cars to the mm and even next years possible parts and R&D that Ferrari has underway. Basically Ferrari will have months if not years of researched compromised.

The fine is either stupidly harsh, or stupidly lenient (in allowing the drivers to keep their points).
