Ignoring my points. Like players playing for national team, hate national teams picking unfit players to play in meaningless friendlies. Would be fuming if I supported Galaxy for example.
Arsenal looked more like a french club when we had 6 or 7 regular first team players, now we have 3.
Look, if you don't want players to be called to "meaningless" friendlies that are preparation to a probably "meaningless" WC qualification, just start growing your own talent, then I'm sure that the England manager will be far more considerate on your requests, also the travels will be much shorter.
Galaxy fans probably don't think that their club is more important than the English national team and Beckham's will of representing his country. But you seem to think so. </BLOCKQUOTE>
um actually on 5live they speak to an American correspondant and there were protests about Beckham not playing enough for Galaxy.

"Protests" = a half dozen ticket holders.

Not Brasil or Dunga's fault Gilberto hasn't played for Arsenal this season. Wasn't given time off to rest, he was given it so Wenger could pick Gallas as captain.
And yeah, Walcott absolute gash.

I assumed it wan an attampt at humor when you said it before, do you actually believe that?
Berts season ended well into our pre season, not giving him a break would be silly.

He was given a 2-3 week holiday plus another week or two building up fitness, maybe a little overcautious but I dont blame arsene after seing what happened to Theirry. And I really dont think its for the captaincy reason since Arsene only announced at the last possible moment, by which time Gilberto had come back into training.
Doesnt matter anyway.

USA - Brazil billed as the Clash of Champions iirc
Don't expect Bradley to name a squad till the beginning of September. Hopefully he'll fo and die before then and take Gulati with him.
Otherwise I suspect he will call up an all MLS squad like he called a (nearly) all European squad against Sweden.
He gave Zizzo a run-out for Sweden, maybe he will call up Altidore and Adu for Brazil.
Over 20k tickets sold in the first few days, probably half are Brazilian immigrants. A shame it is being held in Chicago as opposed to somewhere even marginally closer or at least cheaper to travel to. I'm not spending $300 roundtrip on rail or air and greyhound can **** off.
