That's been a topic for a lot of American fans since the roster was announced, where Adu and Altidore were.

Same question was asked when the roster for the Sweden friendly had Zizzo but no Adu or Altidore.


I've heard talk that Altidore has a minor injury now, but that doesn't explain why he wasn't called for Sweden, also doesn't explain why Adu wasn't called up.
