Yeah actually top50 is a bit harsh for that accomplishment of epic proportions. Should be top 10, or even top 3. Aren't they considering a Nobel peace prize as well?

Carlos Bianchi won more Libertadores titles (5 titles) than any other manager.

He took Vélez to win the Libertadores title in 1994 (beating Telê Santana's São Paulo in the final) and then the Intercontinental Cup, where his Vélez beat Milan 2-0.

Carlos Bianchi is better than Felipão, for example, in my opinion. And surely better than Parreira. But Bianchi never won a WC and he never wanted to manage Argentina.
