perhaps,but in those years didnt a half score of minor clubs manage it? after all teams like milan had bought up most of the talented players.

Steaua from Romania won the title in 1986 and was runner-up in 1989, but Anghel Iordănescu isn't in the list. :thdn:

So why exactly are you writing off his Lazio achievements, because he had money to spend?

no because he won with money that didnt exist.
he should never have had the money(not his fault but cragnotti's i know) and without it he would never have done so well.
and tbh if he had not had a hand in nearly destroying lazio, i would not dislike him so much. (bit unfair, but fck it, its ot liek he's going to lose any sleep over it.)

your argument falling apart now.. you cant say winning it would be remarkable but getting to that game is nothing.

unless you're saying a single one off cup match is the difference between being crap and great - which is a bit silly.
